Study: Nearly 3 Million Illegal Votes Expected

A recent study has sent shockwaves through those already concerned about the Biden-Harris administration’s open-border policies. According to the findings, 2.7 million non-citizens could potentially cast votes in the upcoming 2024 election. Now, this may seem like a fluke to some, but to others, it adds weight to suspicions that this administration has a broader strategy to ignore the will of the American people and tilt elections in their favor. It’s no coincidence that 70% of all votes in 2020 were cast early or by mail, which, without proper exit polling, leaves a gaping hole in efforts to detect fraud.

James Agresti, the author of the Just Facts study, noted how easily non-citizens can register to vote, an alarming revelation for anyone who cares about election integrity. Agresti points out that in no state is proof of citizenship required for voter registration. A Social Security number, driver’s license, or even a utility bill will suffice. Yes, you read that right—a utility bill is all it takes to register in some states. Given that fake Social Security numbers are as common as campaign promises, particularly among illegal immigrants, this system practically invites fraud. The Social Security Administration has already estimated that 2.5 million non-citizens have obtained numbers by using fake birth certificates or stealing someone else’s identity.

The Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative manager, Hans von Spakovsky, brought up the Just Facts study while testifying before Congress this year, sounding the alarm on the magnitude of the problem. His analysis indicated that somewhere between 10% and 27% of non-citizens in the U.S. are illegally registered to vote. And if 5% to 13% of those registered go to the polls, they could easily sway the 2024 election—both the presidency and congressional races. So, while we all hear about election security, voter ID laws, and such, it seems the real issue is flying under the radar.

Kerri Toloczko, executive director of the Election Integrity Network, has also weighed in, estimating that even more non-citizens will be voting in 2024 than in previous elections. The U.S. Census recorded over 19 million adult non-citizens in the U.S. in 2022, and with up to 27% of them illegally registered, this puts the numbers in the millions. Imagine two to five million illegal votes being cast—potentially enough to flip key elections. But hey, why worry about the will of the American people when there are millions of non-citizen voters to pick up the slack?

A 2014 study showed that 81% of non-citizens cast their ballots for Democrats in the 2008 presidential election, and that trend hasn’t gone anywhere. Toloczko explains that 6.4% of non-citizens voted in 2008, which would equate to 1.5 million votes today. With the increased activity of left-wing voter registration efforts, that percentage is likely to be much higher this time around. In other words, we’re not just talking about a handful of illegal votes; we could be looking at over two million non-citizen ballots in the upcoming election.

Even Elon Musk has chimed in, warning that Democrats are gearing up to steal the 2024 election with the help of non-citizen voters. According to Musk, this isn’t some accident of lax oversight but a deliberate strategy because, in his words, Democrats “want to cheat.” Flyers from NGOs, encouraging illegal immigrants to vote for Joe Biden, don’t exactly help dispel that notion either. It’s all part of a plan to keep the borders open, the votes flowing, and democracy on shaky ground.
